E Komo Mai (Welcome). Come experience the Hawaiian Islands like they should be. Surrounded by coconut palms and the majestic ocean lies this spectacular condo in the Kona Bali Kai complex. This condo is our Big Island Home away from home for one month out of the year. This Kona condo 2 bdrm/ 2 bath is spacious, clean and well maintained. The living area and master suite are a wall of sliding glass facing the ocean. Hawaii sunsets do not get any better than from this condominium and the spacious 200 sq/ft private lanai. Our condo has been totally remodeled throughout. Granite counters in kitchen and both baths. Tile flooring in all rooms with a full sized kitchen, full sized appliances and all the amenities of home, washer/ dryer, Two TV's with Cable, Remote operated Air Conditioning and large ceiling fans in all rooms. Condo comes equipped with extra linens, beach towels, beach cooler and beach mats. Everything you need for your trips to the Kona beaches. All linens are included.

Relax with a book by the waters edge and listen to the waves come in. Watch the sea turtles that come ashore and sun themselves on the sandy beach directly in front of your lanai. Whales can be viewed in the winter months just off shore in front or your lanai.

Whether this is your first time to the Hawaii islands or you are a frequent visitor, you are sure to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Kona Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. Visit the world famous Kona coffee plantations and experience the wonderful aroma of Kona coffee being roasted in this tropical setting. We are located only 2-1/2 miles from downtown Kona and a 15 minute drive to the Kona coffee growing areas.

$199/nt 10 night minimum rental for holiday season, 7 night minimum for Ironman week

All rates based on double occupancy. $10 a night for each additional guest. Based on 7 night minimum. 6 nights or less at $180/nt

Indicaciones:

We are located at the 2-1/2 mile marker on Alii Drive. From the airport you would take Hwy 19 for 10 miles south toward Kailua-Kona. You would turn onto right onto Lako Street. After turning onto Lako you will take your immediate right on Kupuna street. Follow Kupuna street until it comes to a Stop sign. You can only tun left at this stop sign, so after turning left you will be on Royal Poinciana. You go down to the end of this street and it intersects with Alii Drive. At this intersection you will take a left on Alii. The condo is less than 1/2 mile from this intersection on the right.
