This 2,000 SqFt villa has 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom with a large private pool & spa, conveniently located in Highland Reserve Community just 10 minutes west of Disney World, on Highway US27, just south of US192. It has easy access to Interstate 4 (1.5miles to the south), which means easy access to all of Florida's main Theme Parks and attractions, including the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf and Atlantic coastlines. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 25 minutes away.

This highly popular and sought after community features wide tree lined boulevards, pavements, street lighting and green areas. A safe environment for children to play. Facilities available to renting guests include Tennis Courts, large Community Pool, a Children's Play Area, Golf Club House and Golf Course. With 2,000 square feet of fully air-conditioned and heated living space, Highland Reserve villa is very roomy and bright owed to its high ceilings and large oversized patio door. It is luxuriously furnished and beautifully decorated. The villa has a master en-suite and second master with queen-size bed, one boys themed room with two twin beds and one girls themed room with two twin beds. It comfortably sleeps 2 to 10 people.

The swimming pool and spa is well located to bring in the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long and with no rear neighbours for privacy. Both the pool and spa can be optionally heated. The Lanai is fully screened to keep the bugs out while allowing the sunshine to come in. Patio is well furnished with chairs, table and loungers. Security alarms on all doors leading to the pool area to warn of small children going into it

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful separated dining room and a breakfast nook. Phones, Cable TVs, PVR, radio/CD player in the family room and in bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
